Check the model, variant, colour and applicable specification or model year. Keep the written quotation with the relevant brochure so the equipment you discussed is easy to trace.
Ask for a complete breakdown
Request separate amounts for the vehicle, freight, applicable taxes, registration and insurance or takaful. Ask which amounts are estimates and how long the quotation remains valid.
Confirm the booking process
Use the official dealership and manufacturer payment instructions. Review the signed system-generated PBO, payment schedule and delivery month. A website enquiry by itself is not a vehicle booking.
Keep a record
Retain your quotation, receipts, signed documents and the contact details of the person handling your case. Reconfirm current terms before paying.
